Playing with Art Reduces Stress
Stress comes in many forms and affects us all, whether it's from work, friends, family,
or life circumstances
It helps to be able to take a Stress Break from time to time; to let your mind relax, and get into a different Zone. Art can help do that. My workshops all use materials and techniques I've developed over time that foster a
stress-free form of creative play.
